If you’re worried about your package getting lost or arriving by a certain time, I would highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout. If you’ve ordered any non-sticker items with your purchase (like charms or notepads), there is no option for stamped shipping and will be automatically upgraded to tracked. Sticker only orders of above $39 will be upgraded to free tracked shipping ☺️Help, I still haven’t received my package!Please understand that once an order has been given to a post office, it’s out of my hands. If your package appears to be lost, I would highly suggest submitting a missing mail search request here (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). Do try to give it an extra few days past the expected delivery before doing this though, as more often than not your order is simply delayed do to slowed local processing times. If your order has been returned to me, you’ve sent it to the wrong address, or your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 days, please do reach out to me so we can find a solution together.Do you take returns/refunds?I allow cancelations up until the day your order has been shipped. The only other refunds I will give are due to personal fault (i.e. sending an incorrect/defective product). If you receive the product in a less than ideal state, I’m happy to replace it upon photos of the damaged product.Are your stickers water resistant/ what’s the difference between water resistant and waterproof?All of my stickers are water resistant, but not waterproof. This means that while they can hold up to getting a little wet, they should not be submerged or exposed to water for long periods of time.
