Returns and refunds
I allow cancellations up until the day your order has been shipped. If you are not happy with your item, I allow refunds ( minus shipping ) once the item has been mailed back and received by me. If you receive the product in a less-than-ideal state, I’m happy to replace it upon photos of the damaged product. If an item is damaged due to personal fault (i.e. sending an incorrect/defective product/damaged in mailing process), refunds or replacements will be issued upon photo documentation.
I do not do refunds for lost mail. If you are worried about lost mail, please choose a tracked shipping option at checkout.
