How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order and another 3-7 days for USPS to deliver your order locally, or 10-30 internationally. This does *not* include pre-order items, which will have their expected manufacturing and mailing times written in their descriptions.



Do understand that once your package is shipped out it is the responsibility of the post office and I cannot guarantee the date your mail will reach you. If you’re worried about this, please do take advantage of the *tracked shipping* option at checkout.

What's the difference between tracked and stamped shipping/which should I get?

To save buyers a steep shipping price, all stickers default to stamped shipping. If you’re worried about your package getting lost or arriving by a certain time, I would highly recommend upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout. If you’ve ordered any non-sticker items with your purchase (like charms or notepads), there is no option for stamped shipping and will be automatically upgraded to tracked. Sticker only orders of above $39 will be upgraded to free tracked shipping ☺️

Help, I still haven’t received my package!

Please understand that once an order has been given to a post office, it’s out of my hands. If your package appears to be lost, I would highly suggest submitting a missing mail search request here (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). Do try to give it an extra few days past the expected delivery before doing this though, as more often than not your order is simply delayed do to slowed local processing times.


If your order has been returned to me, you’ve sent it to the wrong address, or your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 days, please do reach out to me so we can find a solution together.

Do you take returns/refunds?

I allow cancelations up until the day your order has been shipped. The only other refunds I will give are due to personal fault (i.e. sending an incorrect/defective product). If you receive the product in a less than ideal state, I’m happy to replace it upon photos of the damaged product.

Are your stickers water resistant/ what’s the difference between water resistant and waterproof?

All of my stickers are water resistant, but not waterproof. This means that while they can hold up to getting a little wet, they should not be submerged or exposed to water for long periods of time. Because of that, I would not personally recommend these for water bottles or cars!

What is a pre-order/what's my pre-order status?

A pre-order is an order for something that has not yet been manufactured. Once the pre-orders are closed they will go into manufacturing and then be sent to me, and then to you. The manufacturing and shipping process tends to take about a month, so please understand that these pre-order items may take some time to reach you once purchased.
