Shipping and delivery

Processing time is 1-3 days for on hand items.

For preorders, please allow up to 1-2 months for items to be processed and on their way to you. [You can check for specific updates on the listing for your preorder item].

Please understand that once an order has been given to a post office, it’s out of my hands. If your package appears to be lost, I would highly suggest submitting a missing mail search request here (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). Do try to give it an extra few days past the expected delivery before doing this though, as more often than not your order is simply delayed do to slowed local processing times.


If your order has been returned to me, you’ve sent it to the wrong address, or your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 days, please do reach out to me so we can find a solution together.
